MAKING YOUR RESERVATION ONLINE assumes you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions as stated on this web site and by entering your credit card information you have given us permission to charge either deposit and or full payment to your credit card. At this time our Deposit and Cancellation Policies will be in effect. Forms of payment accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX and JCB. Even though you have guaranteed your reservation by making payment on line, we require a signed copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form prior to your arrival. A fax number is provided on this form.
Upon booking you will receive an emailed confirmation and if your reservation is within 45 days (60 days for Holiday bookings and some Luxury Properties) of arrival you will also be emailed a Confirmation Letter showing full payment and your Arrival Instructions. Please be sure to bring the letters with you as they contain the address to the property where you are staying and the telephone number to call us after you arrive at the Honolulu airport. Once we receive your call we will send our Representative to meet you at your condo for check-in .

HOLIDAY SEASON: December 23, 2010 - January 3, 2011 - 7 Night Minimum - Please contact us to request shorter stays. An additional charge of $20 applies for arrivals at the condo after 9:00 pm and on Holidays 12/24/10 - 12/25/10 - 12/31/10 and 1/01/11. OTHER SEASONS: Minimum Night Stay is 3 nights unless otherwise stated in property description.
MONTHLY RENTALS require a 30 day minimum stay.
RECEIVING A QUOTE: The Rent Quote Estimate for your accommodation includes the following : Seasonal rate for an upgraded condominium with kitchen or alternate cooking facilities. Bed linens, towels, dishes, cookware and start up supplies. Local telephone calls and high speed internet connection. Free parking is included at some properties. Tax currently 12.962% . On Jul 1 , 2010 the tax rate will increase to 13.962%. Charges - include departure cleaning, reservation fee, and limited accidental damage waiver. This waiver is fully described under Terms & Conditions on our website. A refundable Security Deposit will be required for our Colony Surf and Luxury Properties in lieu of the damage waiver.
RESERVATION: DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION POLICIES: A $300 deposit is due upon booking for most properties. Luxury Properties may require a higher deposit. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival for most properties. 60 days prior to arrival for Colony Surf and Luxury propertes and during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday Season dates. Please note by making a deposit or full payment on a reservation you have guaranteed this booking and cancellation policies apply. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 (60) days prior to arrival, there is a $100 cancellation fee. If your reservation is cancelled within 45 (60) days of arrival, there is no refund unless we are able to re-rent some or all of the dates of your stay. Refund amount may be less than actual revenue paid. If your arrival is within 45 (60) days from today, your payment will be due in full. Please Note: Deposits amounts and final payment dates for Colony Surf and Luxury Properties vary. Some properties require Security/damamge deposits., in lieu of limited accidental damages waiver and method of final payment may be other than credit card such as by check, bank draft. money order or wire transfer. Travel Protection -Trip Cancellation Insurance is also offered for reservations made on this website. This coverage is available to you if you reside in the United States or Canada. You will find this coverage described under the Travel Insurance link on the Home Page of our website. The cost is currently 6.5% of room and tax and must be purchased prior to your arrival. You may request a quote for this insurance at the time you receive the online quote for your booking.
